ADVENTURE CAMP SERIES

TRC’s Adventure Camp Series began in the fall of 2016 and rotates each quarter. Every week, the themed curriculum is changed and modified to ensure that multi-week campers remain engaged and excited while learning new things. All campers receive an Adventure Passport during their first week of a TRC camp, where he/she can track visits, goals, accomplishments and more! Check out this year’s themes and get ready for some climbing-filled fun!

ADVENTURE GEOLOGY
Campers spend the week learning about the different types of rocks that exist and how they weather to make awesome terrain for climbers! We’ll also exlore where to find different types of rocks throughout the world and what climbing is like on the various types of terrain!

ADVENTURE TRAVEL
Explore other cultures, countries and the various types of climbing found throughout the world from the comfort and safety of TRC’s facilities during our Adventure Travel camp!

ADVENTURE WILD LIFE
Campers will discover exciting and exotic wildlife one might encounter while climbing outside (or, in climbing terms, “at the crag”), and will learn how to “leave no trace” to keep wildlife safe and healthy.
