A Triangle Rock Club membership grants you access to all of our locations across North Carolina and Virginia, unlimited fitness and yoga classes, and special members-only events. We have no minimum time commitment for membership: monthly members can cancel their membership at any time.
You may convert your individual membership to a family membership at any time. Additional individuals added to your membership are not required to pay an initiation fee.
Groups qualifying for this membership option include the following: adult couples, one adult and their dependent child (18 and under), or two youth siblings (18 and under). All individuals must reside at the same address.

We have a few options for members to bring guests.
Bringing someone who's never been to a Triangle Rock Club location before? You receive one free day pass with rental gear for one first-time guest per day.
We also offer one free day pass with rental gear per month for anyone you bring, whether they’ve been here before or not.
You may also bring any guest for free on our monthly Members-Only Climb Night, and it does not count against your one free monthly guest pass.
No, we do not offer a student membership discount, but we do offer discounted college student passes Mondays through Thursdays, 7am to 3pm. This pass includes access to fitness and yoga classes. You must have a valid college ID to qualify for the rate. See all pricing options here.
We do not operate on binding annual contracts. You can freeze or terminate your membership as needed. Freezing your membership allows you to convert the monthly fees to $10 per month per member. When you're ready to come back and climb, you can "unfreeze" and restart you monthly billing without having to re-pay the initiation fee. You must let our Membership Manager know before the 23rd of the month if you’d like to freeze your monthly billing on the 1st of the next month by filling out this form.

Your home gym is where you sign up for membership or the gym you visit most frequently. We like to keep an accurate count of who primarily visits which gym so that we can appropriately offer programs and events. If you'd like to alter your home gym, please let us know by filling out this form.
After two family members, each additional person on your family membership is $32 each.
