Fitness & Yoga Class Check-In

Want to join a fitness class? You can sign up below, or for easy sign-up, download the RGPro Connect App via the App Store or Google Play.

Prior to class, please make sure to check-in with the front desk. Be prepared with the appropriate gym attire and a water bottle. This facility has a shower for your convenience, please bring a towel if you plan to use it.

Sign in online ahead of time to secure your spot by clicking on the Information and Dates link in the calendar listing.

Please arrive several minutes early. If you are not in class by the start time, your spot will be given to a member on the waitlist. You will not be allowed to take a class if you arrive more than 5 minutes late.

If you cannot make it to class, please cancel your reservation using the app or call the front desk at 804.215.3200.

Is the class you want to take full? Call the front desk to get placed on the waitlist. Show up for class and hope for the best. Five minutes into the class, you will be offered an open spot if available.

Class Descriptions

Core

Core class works strictly on your hip flexors, abdominal region, lower back, and obliques. We throw in a little balance, too, to make sure you’re ready for whatever may come your way.

Outdoor Core

Outdoor Core class works strictly on your hip flexors, abdominal region, lower back, and obliques. We throw in a little balance, too, to make sure you’re ready for whatever may come your way. This class is outdoors, so please dress for the weather.

Foundational Yoga

Foundational Yoga is designed to illuminate the basics. We've slowed down the pace a bit to emphasize proper allignment and breathing while moving into and out of poses. Longer posture holds will build muscular stability, giving you time to focus on the breath to develop a mindful practice. All levels welcome.

KB HIIT + Mobility

If efficiency is your thing, then this class is for you. Kettlebell training can improve maximal and explosive strength as well as endurance. Research shows that HIIT training (alternate short bouts of intense activity with low intensity recovery periods) improves aerobic capacity, endurance and burns more calories than steady cardio. Add mobility work and you have the complete package. Scaling options are provided to fit all body types and abilities. Expect this class to "hurt so good".

Outdoor Leg Day

A strong lower body is the key to a strong climb! Max out your leg potential in this 30 minute strength class designed to build greater quads, glutes and a power posterior chain. Not only will strong legs help your climbing, but well-developed glutes are essential for injury prevention. Propel yourself farther, maintain better posture and keep your knees and back happy by joining this class! This is an outdoor class, so please dress for the weather.

Outdoor SC45

Strength & Conditioning (45 min) is a functional fitness class that utilizes body weight, dumbells, kettlebells, bands and more to take your strength to the next level! Prepare yourself for various pushes, pulls, plyometrics and more! This class will improve your total power output while building full body muscle and strength. This class is for beginner and advanced athletes alike.

This is an outdoor class- please come prepared for the weather.

Outdoor Sunrise Yoga

This 45 minute yoga class is an invigorating way to wake up and ready yourself for the day!

Power Yoga

This is an Ashtanga-inspired practice. This class will build your internal heat, increase your stamina, strength and flexibility. It will also reduce your stress! Plan to move quickly, get your sweat on, and learn to lift your body weight more effectively! Please note: this class is designed for advanced yoga students, but anyone looking for a challenge is welcome.

Slow Flow Yoga

This class is a combination of Vin-inspired stretching and Flow Yoga practice. We start the class with a flow that warms up our bodies and stimulates our mind before settling into more passive postures. This practice will increase flexibility, improve balance, and release stress. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling relaxed and energized.

TRX Express

Increase your strength while learning how to move more fluidly as a climber with TRX, a suspension training systems class! This body weight-based class is the perfect pre- or post-climb workout, and it’s sure to increase your strength both on and off the wall! Come see why TRX is the training system of choice for top climbers.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

With a focus on syncing breath and movement for flow from one pose to the next, our Vinyasa Flow yoga classes build your strength and balance, helping you move toward peak poses. As an intermediate-level class, we encourage participants to be well-acquainted with all basic yoga movements and poses prior to participating.

Fitness Equipment

Goal-focused and community-oriented personal instruction

Let’s work together to achieve your goals. We’ll pair you with a certified fitness or yoga instructor in the Triangle Rock Club community who’s best suited to train you, based on your needs.

Examples of goals include, but aren’t limited to:
Start a new yoga practice     ■    Learn, improve, or push weightlifting to the next level (snatch, clean, jerk, deadlift, squat, and/or bench)    ■    Improve flexibility and balance     ■    Meditation   ■   Learn or improve handstands or other inversions     ■    Lose body fat     ■    Increase muscle     ■    Learn to do 1 pull-up or 20 pull-ups

Details:

Every member receives one free 45-60 minute initial assessment. This includes a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, fitness assessment, warm-up and workout with one of our personal trainers.

After this assessment, the member can discuss how they want to proceed. There is no obligation to buy any sessions after this!

The pricing breakdown for sessions (60 minutes each) after the initial assessment is as follows:

  • Single Session – $70
  • 5 Session Package – $330
  • 10 Session Package – $620
