Love climbing, working with your hands, and understanding what it takes to make a climbing gym run? We are looking to bring on an Assistant Facilities Manager to help with all that and more. Applicants should have a background in facility maintenance and upkeep; a working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and similar shop tools. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Facilities Manager to determine facility needs including facility improvements, repairs, and maintenance of business assets.
We're looking for applicants who would be interested in working in an on-going / part-time capacity (20 hour a week minimum time commitment) and can commit to at least 6-8 months of employment. This position is available as Full-Time for candidates with sufficient experience. Pay starts at $13 p/hour with considerable opportunity for growth.

Our Track Out Camp Staff are the primary instructors for one of the leading Track Out camp programs in Wake County. This position is great for individuals with a passion for climbing and youth development. Our camp staff are responsible for facilitating climbing and non-climbing activities throughout the camp day, overseeing climbing time and ensuring all risk management procedures are closely adhered to, and engaging with participants and their families. Camp Instructors start at $10.50 p/ hour and considerable opportunity growth. Ideal candidates have previous experience in youth programming/ camp environments.
Shifts Available:
- 8AM – 12PM, 9AM – 3PM, 12PM – 6PM on weekdays.

Our Group Exercise Instructors are directly involved and responsible for providing safe, effective and fun exercises to groups participating in classes/activities. Classes include, but are not limited to: Strength and Conditioning, HIIT Intervals, Plyometrics, Functional Strength Training, Core, and Mobility. Instructors must have a constant awareness for risk management and delivering a phenomenal customer service experience to TRC members and guests through their fitness programming. We're looking for applicants who would be interested in working in an on-going / part-time capacity and can commit to at least 6-8 months of employment.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Can lead 2 or more of the following style classes – HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, Core and or Mobility
- Demonstrate the ability to teach a safe, fun, and creative class
- Must be able to teach to all levels and provide movement modifications when needed
- Create a class experience that shows your personality and skills while adhering to TRC Standards and Policies
- Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
- Create a personal connection and relationship with students
- Holds a Primary Group Exercise Certification - ACE, AFAA or similar nationally accredited certification requiured
- Personal trainer certified preffered
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment
- 1+ years' experience and actively teaching
- Willing and available to teach a minimum of 2-4 classes per week
- Have a strong desire to help grow the TRC Fitness Program
