Looking to sharpen your fitness skills and abilities? Each month, we offer several fitness clinics and designed to improve your skills, helping you get stronger both on and off the wall.

Intro to Weightlifting

Monday, September 11th at TRC North Raleigh from 6 PM – 7 PM
Free for Members, $25 /Non-Members | Capped at 8 People
– Fitness Level: Beginners+ –
Interested weight lifting? This class is where it all begins! TRC fitness coaches will teach you how to both correctly and safely perform the BIG THREE: squats, deadlifts, and bench press – the foundational moves of weightlifting. This class is designed to help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need crush your workouts, and, once completed, you’ll be prepped and ready to move onto our other lifting clinics.

Intro to Bench Press

– Fitness Level: Beginners+ –
Ready to learn the basics behind bench pressing? This FREE Member Clinic will give you the skills you need to safely perform bench presses and is designed to help you gain the knowledge you need to strengthen your workout sessions.

Mobility Clinic

Monday, October 5th at TRC North Raleigh from 5 PM – 6 PM
Free for Members, $25 /Non-Members | Capped at 20 People

Join us for this comprehensive mobility class designed to create joint stability and pliability by building strength through ever-increasing ranges of motion. This class uses functional range conditioning, kinesiological stretching techniques, myofascial release, and ultimately treats mobility work like strength training to help you build new neuromuscular connections and fix imbalances. Flexibility without strength leads to injury, and strength without range leads to injury. Here we will not just build a range of motion, but useable range where force can be safely generated on the joint and help you move pain-free.
