Squats 101:

Monday, July 31st at TRC North Raleigh from 6 PM – 7 PM
Free for Members, $25 /Non-Members | Capped at 8 People
– Fitness Level: Beginners+ –
Squats, squats, and more SQUATS. Squats target quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core. This one-hour clinic is designed to guide you through the basics behind squats, and we will have you squatting like a pro by the end. The clinic will cover body weight squats, sumo squats, front squats, back squats, and split squats.

Intro to Weightlifting

Monday, August 14th at TRC North Raleigh from 6 PM – 7 PM
Free for Members, $25 /Non-Members | Capped at 8 People
– Fitness Level: Beginners+ –
Interested weight lifting? This class is where it all begins! TRC fitness coaches will teach you how to both correctly and safely perform the BIG THREE: squats, deadlifts, and bench press – the foundational moves of weightlifting. This class is designed to help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need crush your workouts, and, once completed, you’ll be prepped and ready to move onto our other lifting clinics.

Intro to Deadlifts

– Fitness Level: Beginners+ –
Deadlifts are a foundational weight lifting move that works your hamstrings, lower back, quadriceps, and glutes. Deadlifting will help improve your body’s strength and stability. This class will teach you the basics of deadlifting and have you pulling heavy weight in no time
