First, don’t forget your member perks! You have unlimited access to our facilities during regular hours, and all of your fitness, yoga, and Pilates classes are included in your monthly rate. Additionally, as a member, you receive discounts on competitions, classes, and clinics, as well as 10% off all purchases in our retail shop. And when you bring in a first-time visitor, their day pass is free!
We do not operate on binding contracts—you can freeze/terminate as needed. Freeze fees are $8 per month, per member. Please be sure to let me know by filling out this Membership Update Form before the 23rd of each month if you’d like to freeze or terminate for the following month.

Triangle Rock Club – Fayetteville Meetup – Climbing’s more fun with friends. If you’re new, finding a partner can be daunting. Check out the TRC Fayetteville Meetup group. It’s organized by TRC members, meets here in Fayetteville, and includes lots of friendly climbers and fitness enthusiasts.
Member-Guest Hours are the third Sunday of every month from 6pm to 8pm.
Each quarter, we hold a private members-only event to celebrate our community. You’ll receive an email invite with all the details prior to each event.
