Fitness Classes

Unless otherwise noted, all fitness classes accommodate participants of all levels.


This strength class will use your body weight, barbells, dumbbells, and kettle bells to take your strength to the next level. You can expect a different workout every day that might include dead-lifts, squats, kettlebell swings, push presses, burpees, and more. Our instructors will be right there to guide and teach you the workout. Whether you are an advanced athlete looking for a push and some friendly competition or if you have never stepped foot in the gym. This class is for you.


Strengthen your upper body, forearms, core, and hip flexors while simultaneously improving your grip with our CragFit class! During this climbing-focused class, you’ll build muscle, learn to move more fluidly, improve your stability and ultimately bring your climbing abilities to new heights.

Yoga Classes

All yoga classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.


Increase your strength, develop your flexibility, strengthen your core, improve your agility, and learn the importance of breath with ALL NEW TRC Yoga Classes. Our Vinyasa style yoga classes work to build long, lean muscles while strengthening your mind, body, and soul, equipping you to reach your best potential both on and off the climbing wall.


A combination of stretching and Flow Yoga practice. Beginning the class with flows which warm up our bodies and stimulate our mind before settling into more passive postures. This practice will increase flexibility, improve balance and release stress.


In Foundational Yoga, we use “asanas,” breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing each participant a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Each class offers a variety of yoga techniques and moves that center around improved physical and mental health and an achievement of “oneness.” This class is great for beginners or anyone wishing to build their practice or reconnect with the foundations of yoga!


This all-levels, twice-a-week yoga class is the perfect way to start off your morning. Students will awaken their senses and connect with their breath, body, and mind through present awareness.


Weightlifting and yoga go together like peanut butter and jelly. Challenge your body and mind with this hybrid class. The first 30 minutes of the class will be a traditional strength building class. We will focus on deadlifts, squats, bench press, and other foundational weightlifting movements. Prepare to be physically challenged and work up a sweat. We will then take a brief break and transition into a yoga class. This 30 minute portion of the class will challenge your mind and help you recover from the physical exertion of the weightlifting portion.

All levels are welcome in the class. We are focusing on strength of the entire body: Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
