We offer a variety of fitness, yoga and pilates classes at all three of our locations.

Unless otherwise noted (e.g.: class description includes “ADVANCED”), ALL TRC Fitness class curriculum has been written to accommodate participants of all levels, beginner to advanced. Each class offers a variety of movement modifications depending on fitness abilities and comfort levels! 

ACCELERATE   |     50 Minutes  |  Cario HIIT
Sick of running in place on the treadmill and aimlessly completing your cardio segments on the elliptical? Accelerate is a cardio-based class that gets you off the equipment and into a new cardio-zone!  Using a variety of short and unique high-intensity sequences, you’ll get your heart beating and your calories burning in no time. Accelerate is guaranteed to build both your stamina and endurance – perfect for meeting both those on the wall and off the wall fitness goals!

CRAGFIT  |     50 Minutes  |  
Strengthen your upper body, forearms, core and hip flexors while simultaneously improving your grip with TRC’s CragFit! During this 50-minute climbing- focused class, you’ll build muscle, learn to move more fluidly, improve your stability and ultimately bring your climbing abilities to new heights.

COREFIT |     30 Minutes |  
Your core is the powerhouse of your body and especially essential for climbers, so make sure it’s strong and toned! This half-hour class works strictly on your hip flexors, abdominal region, lower back, and obliques.  We throw in a little balance too, to make sure you’re ready for whatever may come your way.

CRUXFIT|   45 Minutes (ADVANCED) |    
This is an advanced functional fitness strength training workout which includes Olympic style lifting, longer time intervals or rounds, increased weight, and extra challenges! Get ready to work hard, because Cruxfit isn’t for the weak or weary!

Join instructor Christine Randall for TRC Fayetteville’s ALL NEWhigh intensity full body conditioning sweat sessions. No two classes are the same, which keeps your body guessing “what’s next”. Each class will focus on the key muscles for climbers, helping you gain strength and skills to reach new heights in climbing.

FITBALL | 50 Minutes | 
Strength train AND have a ball while doing so! We will toss, twist, press and throw down with a variety of exercise balls to give you an incredible total body workout. Some classes may include working with a partner or a wall, all you need to bring is the force!

FINAL COUNTDOWN    |     50 Minutes  |    HIIT 
Final Countdown is a high-intensity, circuit-style class dedicated to giving you a total body work out! You’ll be racing against the clock with timed segments of free weights, balls, ropes, kettlebells and more! Due to its short rest periods and HIIT training, Final Countdown is sure to increase your strength & stamina!

NOBAR  |   50 Minutes |  
A strength training functional-fitness class that utilizes the Rogue Rack instead of bars! Prepare yourself for various pushes and pulls, plyometric jumps and movements and more! TRC’s NoBAR will improve your reaction time while building both total body muscle and strength!

ROM/Recover    |  30 Minutes | 
Work with your body’s range of motion, improve your overall flexibility and train your muscles to help you reach new heights in climbing and fitness! Amplify body awareness to push past movement limitations and stretch through muscular and tissue restrictions as you work to optimize your performance.

TRX    |  30 Minutes | 
Increase your strength while learning how to move more fluidly as a climber with TRX, a suspension training systems class! This body weight based class is the perfect pre or post-climb workout, and is sure to increase your strength both on and off the wall! Come see why TRX is the training system of choice for top climbers!


All yoga and Pilates classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

For those who are just starting out on their yoga and Pilates journeys, these classes focus on breath, poses and basic movements

Our intermediate yoga and Pilates classes are designed for those who are familiar with the practice and its poses and are looking to deepen their personal practice with deeper movement and longer holds.

Not for newbies!  Our advanced classes offer a place for those who are ready to take their mat practices to deeper levels, and challenge themselves with inversions, transitions and more!

FOUNDATIONAL YOGA     |      Beginner Friendly  
In TRC’s Foundational Yoga, we use “asanas”, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing each participant a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.  Each class offers variety of yoga techniques and moves that center around improved physical and mental health and an achievement of “oneness”. This class is great for beginners or anyone wishing to build their practice or reconnect with the foundations of yoga!

PILATES FOR CLIMBERS   |   ■ Intermediate – Advanced  .
For 60+ years Pilates has proven itself as a superior method of cross training for athletes. Not only does Pilates make tall moves, high steps, and rock-overs easier, it improves your core strength and balance. We will focus on more challenging moves for the core and upper body, specific for exercises, without leaving out any of the stretchings.

HAYAT YOGA (TRC FV ONLY)|   Beginner Friendly   
Join Hayat yoga instructors three times a week at TRC Fayetteville for TRC FV’s all-levels-welcome yoga classes. See Fayetteville’s

PILATES    |   • Beginner Friendly
Pilates is a mind-body practice focused on strengthening your core muscles and gaining flexibility. This class is targeted toward those who have little-to-none Pilates experience. The class will begin with lying down and move to standing exercises.

POWER YOGA   | ▴Advanced    |  Check out the Video!
An Ashtanga inspired practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa. This class will include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.  Plan to move quickly, get your sweat on and learn to lift your body weight more effectively!

RESTORE YOGA     All Levels Welcome 
Our Restore Yoga classes put an emphasis on the centering of your breath and body. Throughout each class, we work on aligning physical and mental well-being by practicing stillness and/or gentle movement for extended periods of time. This class includes dynamic and passive stretching with the incorporation of props.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA |   ■ Intermediate 
With a focus on syncing breath and movement for flow from one pose to the next, our Vinyasa Flow yoga classes build your strength and balance helping you move toward peak poses. As an Intermediate level class, we encourage participants to be well acquainted with all basic yoga movements and poses prior to participating.
