Tamara O'Neill - Assistant Club Director

TAMARA O’NEILL

CLUB DIRECTOR

Born in Michigan, Tamara made her way to North Carolina by way of Southern California and Florida and started her climbing career in 2007. Since then, Tamara’s love for the sport has only continued to grow, and she actually ended up meeting her husband and his children while climbing at the former Red Point Climbing Gym! After working in the Cumberland County school system for the past several years, Tamara is eager to grow the TRC community and introduce your group, family or students to TRC’s newest facility in Fayetteville!

ANDREW KRATZ

MANAGING PARTNER

Andrew is a former Force Recon Marine who has spent his life in pursuit of adventure both in the military and in the mountains. As the visionary and Founding Partner to TRC he now focuses his passion for adventure in the business world. Husband to the amazing Caroline and a dedicated family man, Andrew has never been known to settle for a halfway effort or going small. This is no more clearly demonstrated than by his role as a father of 5 young kids (4 boys and girl)! When he’s not in the office or wrestling his kids he’ll most likely be found cycling, climbing or dreaming up the next adventure. Email Andrew

JOEL GRAYBEAL

MANAGING PARTNER

Think it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to run a climbing gym? Think again! Joel Graybeal joined Andrew and Luis in 2012 as a Managing Partner of TRC and has ushered in huge amounts of growth for TRC! Joel lives just down the street from TRC Morrisville and has been climbing at TRC since our inaugural Intro Class back in December of 2007… in fact, if you’ve ever climbed at TRC Morrisville, we’re sure you’ve seen him! As a dad to two, Joel holds a deep dedication and appreciation for both family and his community and purposes to enrich the lives of both through his role at TRC.

SAMANTHA WALLIN

MEMBERSHIP MANAGER

As TRC’s Membership Manager, Sam brings an attention to detail (and statuesque beauty) that was honed at the front desk during her years as a Floor Staff Member during her college years. It is Sam’s job to make sure our member base is well cared for, and she pretty much rocks it! When Sam isn’t at TRC, you can find her playing soccer, spending time with her husband (and their kitty, Millie), or taking on a creative, DIY project! If you have questions about our membership program, want to freeze or terminate, or need to change your billing info, please FILL OUT THE CHANGE FORM HERE.
