Looking for an opportunity to work with kids and share your love of climbing? We are currently hiring camp counselors for Summer 2022! Duties include belaying, leading games, teaching lessons, and being a positive and encouraging part of the summer for kids ages 6 to 16. This is a seasonal position (June 2022 through August 2022).

Love climbing and working with others? We are looking to add to our crew of Floor Staff members. Applicants should have a background in customer service and/or customer-facing roles, and a passion for climbing. We're looking for applicants who would be interested in working in an on-going / part-time capacity and can commit to at least 6-8 months of employment. Some weekend availability is required. Staff positions start at $10.50 p/hour with considerable opportunity for growth.

TRC’s Fitness department is looking to bring on some more instructors! Our Group Exercise Instructors are directly involved and responsible for providing safe, effective and fun exercises to groups participating in classes/activities. Classes include, but are not limited to: Strength and Conditioning, HIIT Intervals, Plyometrics, Functional Strength Training, Core, and Mobility. Instructors must have a constant awareness for risk management and delivering a phenomenal customer service experience to TRC members and guests through their fitness programming.
