Schedule of Events:

Tension Assessment with Chris Ball of Trinity Wellness (30 minute sessions) 10 AM – 2 PM: Reserve your 30 minute assessment! Find out your strengths and imbalances with this thorough climber focused assessment. Chris gives you exercises to help restore balance and strength to climb strong and avoid injury!

Morning Yoga and Gong Bath with Alisha Nissenfeld 10:30 – 11:30 AM: Kick off the day with some light movement and a sound healing meditation. Sound healing is known to create a profound sense of peace and well being. Gongs create sound waves that bathe you in therapeutic vibrations! Bring your yoga mat and any props that might help you get comfortable (pillows, blankets , blocks). Limited bolsters and blocks will be available. Beginner through advanced!

Waffle Bar with Joe Van Gogh Cafe Femenino Cold Brew 11 AM – 2 PM: Free – Cafe Femenino Coffees are sourced exclusively from thousands of women-owned and women-operated farms across nine countries and small batch roasted in Hillsborough, NC at Joe Van Gogh Coffee Roasters. Power Pilates with Aimee Flint 11:45 AM – 12:15 PM: Fire up your core and have a blast! Beginner through advanced.

Dead Hang Contest 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: How long can you hang from the pull up bar? Test your grip strength for a chance to medal and win raffle tickets!

Dynamic Movement Clinic with Dakota Green 12:00 and 1:15 PM: Learn how to move from balance, through imbalance and back into balance. Explore static vs. dynamic, when to use each and how to gain confidence in your attempts at dynamic movements on the wall. Intermediate.

Hangboard Clinic with Shana Shapiro 12:15 and 1:30 PM: Learn how to add hangboarding to your gym time for stronger hands, tendon strength and injury prevention. Intermediate.

Handstand Fitness with Lauren Amado 12:30 – 1:15 PM: Explore aspects of inversion play. Beginner to intermediate.

Pull-Up Clinic with Aimee Flint 12:30 and 1:45 PM: Learn progressions to build up to your first pull-up! Beginner friendly.

Pinch Contest 12:30 – 1:15 PM: Chalk up and hold tight! Test your pinch grip for a chance to medal and win raffle tickets!

Plank Contest 12:45 – 1:30 PM: Get into formation! How long can you stay up in your forearm plank? Plank for a chance to medal and win raffle tickets!

Pull-up Contest 1 – 1:45 PM: How many pull-ups can you complete with good form? Another chance to medal and win raffle tickets!

Handstand Contest 1:15 – 2 PM: How long can you stay on your hands? Static, walking, stag leg, banana all count, just stay within the designated space! This is the last fitness challenge of the day and your last chance to win a medal and more raffle tickets!
