Ascension: Training for Climbers is a series training class designed for climbers to improve their on-sight and red-point ability through structured workouts. This series pairs wall-based/climbing workouts with strength training to encourage power, endurance, body control, and mental focus and is taught by Team TRC Climbing Coach Bradley Hilbert and TRC’s Fitness Coordinator Erin Stout. We rotate through various themes each series, so stay tuned for updates.
Ascension Series is designed for climbers at a V3 or 5.10 level desiring to jump a number grade confidently with good form.
