Climbing is a total body workout. While climbing, you must pull and push your body weight in various directions, employing many major and minor muscles, and building strength and flexibility. Climbing burns calories and is a fun, muscular workout.
Our 1,000+ Sq. Ft. fitness center is a perfect compliment to your climbing workout. Whether you're working on strengthening your fingers, abs, or overall cardiovascular health, we have what you need.
Our fitness room has a variety of free weights including: Olympic bench, squat racks, flat benches, incline benches, pull up bars, several dumbbell racks ranging from 5lbs. to 100lbs., and a fixed weighted straight bar tree ranging from 10lbs. to 100lbs. The fitness center also has aerobic equipment including: an assortment of Kettle bells, medicine balls, and a Concept II rowing machine. For climbing-specific workouts, check out our Campus Board and Hang Board mounted on a custom Strong Box.
